Identifying and developing inspirational leaders is essential if we are to safeguard a high quality educational system for future generations. At STEP we support succession planning through the nurturing of talent and mentoring individuals who want to progress into a leadership role.
We provide a number of opportunities for existing and aspirational leaders including;
- Network meetings for middle and senior leaders.
- Opportunities to develop leadership skills through delivering training and support in school and for colleagues across STEP.
- Headteacher briefings.
- Access to high quality leadership CPD such as ‘Train the Trainer’ and ‘Aspirant SLE’.
- Recruitment and training of SLEs.
- Headteacher mentoring.
