STEP has an ever expanding team of highly skilled and motivated teaching professionals available to provide specialist support in a range of key areas from subject specific development through to leadership and school improvement. We can offer a bespoke school to school support package tailored to the needs of individual schools.
SLE’s – Specialist Leaders of Education are outstanding middle and senior leaders with expertise in a specific area within school. They provide peer to peer support in schools through a number of methods including one-to-one or group work.

LLE’s – Local Leaders of Education (LLE) are headteachers that support improvement in schools by helping develop self-improving and sustainable school-led systems. NLE’s – National Leaders of Education (NLE) are headteachers of an outstanding school who are designated by the National College of Teaching and Leadership. They are often assigned to schools identified as requiring significant improvement by the DfE, Ofsted, Teaching Schools or the Local Authority.
