The STEP Teaching School Alliance is an innovative partnership of primary and secondary schools from across Leicester, Leicestershire and the surrounding areas. Through our shared vision we aim to provide high quality, inspirational opportunities to develop existing talent and enthuse those coming into the profession.
The STEP partnership was initially set up in 2012 by 12 schools with an established network of collaborative working. The group has grown from strength to strength and in 2014 was designated teaching school status. We have evolved into a thriving partnership of 23 schools from rural and urban settings all working together to improve the outcomes for our children.
